Do I own my website?
Yes, once your website is completed and live, you’ll receive full access to the website so you can manage the website and make edits to it.

We understand sometimes getting a design completed, takes time therefore, we provide unlimited revisions.
How does the design process work?
We aim to keep our design process very simple so it works well for you and your business, as well as ourselves too.
We first will provide you with an initial design draft within 7 – 10 working days and then we’d arrange for a call (Screenshare or Phone call) so we can go over your feedback as well as give you our thoughts and expertise. Once the design is approved we’ll then start to develop your website and bring it to life.
How can I pay for my website?
We accept both debit and bank transfer. When you sign up you will be required to pay a 50% deposit and then the remaining balance on completion of the website.
Can I update the website myself once it is live?
Yes you’ll be able to update the website in full yourself, we also provide free ongoing support if you require any tutorials on how to make edits on the website.
Do I need an SSL Certificate?
Having a secured website is essential, it helps give your potential customers peace of mind when they’re filling forms or purchasing items. If you have an eCommerce website then we believe having a SSL certificate is essential to have, it also helps your website rank better on in Google and therefore suggest that you consider a SSL certificate for your website.
What CMS system do you work with?
All websites we work on are developed with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and Shopify. Our team are also well experienced in these CMSs.
Do you use templates?
No, we are a creative family run website company with a strong team of experienced web designers, all our websites are individually designed around your business goals.
Can you help me with marketing?
Yes, we offer both SEO services and Paid Ad campaign managements which are the most cost efficient way of promoting any business online. You can add these to your account at any time and most people / businesses do this after they go live. There is no long term contracts and you’ll be able to pay monthly.
